Homeschooling Mumma to
'Flossy' 6, 'Bugsy' 4
'Chicky' 3 & 'Possum' premmie in NICU
I was home schooled most of my primary school years due to health reasons. I only ever did "school work in the mornings". After luch I always 'played' or spent time with my parents or grandparents doing everyday things. I was the only one of my siblings to finish year 12 and go to uni. I feel I got so much more out of those non school work activities. The only downside for me was social and few friends my own age, which was mainly because of the health issues.
Just wanted to share as I agree that quality is better than quantity in education.
