Any ideas? This cake isn't normally iced, but I want the kids to decorate it for mother's day. I was thinking cream cheese icing, but not sure if it goes......

I was thinking cream cheese too. Yum yum!!! This is called a hummingbird cake isn't it? I made one from a recipe book once - I loved it!! (Everyone else didn't like it - stuff 'em, more for me
)
