How long have you been using the drops for?

It can take up to two weeks.

You can also get some sterile gauze and gently whipe the chunks away before putting the drops in her mouth.

They dont give daktarin gel anymore because there where some cases of choking, this worked extremely well.

has she got it on her genitals aswell? if so you should treat that with an anti fungal cream.

And if still breast feeding at all, make sure you are treating yourself.

You could try Nilstat drops. They are similar to what you are using but taste much better. Also as the PP said, you will need to keep using them for about 2 weeks to get full results.
