Is it normal for AF to be like that since i havent had it for so long? or could it be the mini pill?

I cant c my dr till monday so just wanting some advice from some1 that maybe went thru the same thing.

Sorry if this is in thw wrong spot i wasnt sure where to put it.

I got AF back at 5 months at it started doing a complete and very heavy cycle every 12 days - driving me absolutely nuts. I was also on the minipill. After about 3 months it got back to a longer cycle but still very heavy.

I finally went to a doctor but the first one was hopeless, so I went to another one who recommended going on the normal pill which would help the cycle. However she didn't really say that the minipill would cause the above cycle, and I used it after DD1 without the same result. However having read some other posts on BH I concluded that the minipill was possibly the cause.

Unfortunately the normal pill will affect milk production if you are breastfeeding.
