Default she oak - how much do I take???

    Hi Guys,

I just bought some she oak from a chemist/naturopath thinking that there label would be self explainatory.

It says 5-10 drops under the tongue at least 15 min before food.

Just wondering how many times a day??? Can you overdose given its natural???

I know I should ask the chemist but wondering if anyone on here knows.

Crisis over, called the chemist. I am to take five drops under the tongue two the three times a day

he also recommended a product call Tibulus which can be used both to increase sperm quality and help with female fertility, he said once I have done some research I will be on my way to buy some.

Tribulus Terrestris, assist sperm morphology and in women it improves sexual activity, stimulates ovogenesis.

    Might be worth looking into????

Plus he said it was safe to use with IVF

She oak is an australian bush flower which assists with the emotional aspect of infertility.

Some women are unable to concieve due to the psychological barrier they put up thinking they wont fall pregnant etc

It is meant to make you more open and confident in falling pregnant and it has shown to have some success, just see Michelles post in the April May thread, she fell pregnant inbetween IVF cycles. What a dream!!!
