is his nappy a disposable or a cloth one? Do you put pants over the top?

They are disposable nappies. I put pants on him but he has figured out how to take them off too.

What about nappy pants, that's what I have to do with my DD. When she started doing this we started sitting her a the toilet to practise, she 20 months. I figure get her used to it. She also tells me when she's done a poo, cause she hated a dirty nappy, so I'm hoping she showing signs of wannting to be trained.
The only thing is nappy pants are more expensive, but it's better than having poo and wee everywhere.

this happened to me too! Except ds was just putting his hand down his nappy - too lazy to take it off.

Have you tried the onesie (like wondersuits without the legs) They worked for us for a little while, then I'd put pants or shorts on over the top of them, and that worked for about a week more.

Hi, My daughter who is 9 months old also finds it amusing to pull at the tabs on her nappy untill the whole thing comes off! It has been really hot here so i tend to just leave her in a nappy but her need to be nude got the better of me! so i went out and brough a really small pair of undies (size1-2) to slip over the top! They work really well and look really great! Hope you find this usefull aswell!
