Teeths !!

I have an appointment tomorrow with the Dentist im going to ask him to take them all out. Im constantly in pain. I do clean my teeth an have always cleaned my teeth i just have bad teeth. My mum got all hers taken out when she was my age where as my brother and dad have perfect teeth. I spose i just got bad jeans. I want straight white teeth not all over the place yellow teeth. So im hoping that they will do it. Has anyone had theres out ? and how much did it cost ?? Ive got private health so will that cover most of it ?

i don't think your private cover will pay a lot for taking out all teeth and getting dentures...
well, depending what you want.
at your age i guess you would like dentures fixed onto implantscrews and they won't pay an awful lot for those.
also, usually private covers will have a lifetime maximum they'll pay for things like that. go and check your cover information and ring them. mazbe they have extra dental centres themselves.
get a quote from your dentist and send it to them, so you know exactly how much they'll pay..

i know someone who asked this question of their dentist last week and they point blankly refused to do it as he was only 38. They told him they would take out the really bad ones and fix the others and give him a plate all up he is looking at around $3000 or so. Very very expensive.
