Hi I turned vego at the start of the year and found out shortly afterwards that I was pregnant with my third bubs.
I'm really glad I'm having this baby in a vegetarian body so to speak but I'm wondering if I should be trying to eat more of anything in particular.
Ironically the last thing I feel like eating at the moment is vegetables (just the thought of eating asparagus or carrots or broccolli makes me feel ill). Unless i guess you classify chocolate muffins as a vegetable...
Any advice would be great.
