The biggest loser has inspired me to loose some weight. I want to be fit and healthy for my DS and to improve my self esteem.
I am seriously trying to loose as much weight as I can to get down to a healthy size.
I was thinking that anybody else wanting to loose weight could reply and we could start a weight loss group.
We could start with what we weigh now, what we intend on weighing and help each other with recipes and just generally support one another. Maybe we could set a date as a goal. I am setting my DS 1st birthday as my goal!!
Is anybody interested??
