Lightbulb Pattern for a Children's Flip-out Sofa Cover

HiDoes anyone have a pattern for a children's flip-out sofa cover - or know where I can find one? I have searched everywhere for one and originally thought it would be an easy task obtaining one. I have been to Spotlight and Googled away without success. I really dislike the trademark merchandise covers that come with the sofa's and the cheapest plain covers that I have found online are $80! I would appreciate any suggestions.

I really dislike the licensed ones too.
Can't help you out with pattern for a cover, but I did see at Kmart, two colours of non-licensed sofas... they weren't plain but just had generic characters on them, dogs or something. They were about $40 I think.

I have one that badly needs recovering - I think they are a standard size??

I'll try to see if I can come up with something if you like! Give me a couple of days though please as I live in a mad house !!

oh I'd love one also! But I think ours is slightly bigger, it's the one that has the little sleeping bag bit that zips onto it? I'm guessing the pattern wouldbe the same I'd just have to change the measurements slightly.. then palm it off to my aunty to make for me

Oh I just bought a flip out sofa for DD today and was grumbling about my choice between Dora, Wiggles and Thomas (none of which I like). So I would be soooo happy should someone post a pattern for a cover.

Then I just have to get over the hurdle that I can't sew!

I hope you have some luck!

I have a very clever MIL who made a new cover for ours as we got it second hand. No idea how she did it though!
