    Here it its I hope!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cream of chicken and sweetcorn soup!

    Ingredients
1 large chicken breast finely chopped
    1 tspn salt
    1/2 tspn white pepper
    1 large can creamed corn
    3 cups (750ml) chicken stock
    1 spring onion chopped
8 baby spinach leaves (can add more)
    2 1/2 tbspn cornflour
    2 tspn light soy sauce
    2 tbspn thickened cream
    coriander to garnish

    Method
    1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
    2. Bring chicken stock to the boil in a medium suacepan.
    3. add chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes
    4. add corn, spring onion and spinach leaves, and simmer briefly.
    5. combine the cornflour with 2 tbspn cold water, stir into the soup until it thickens.
    6. stir in soy sauce and cream, heat briefly.
    7. ladle into bowls and garnish with coriander to serve.

Now the recipe actually uses fresh or canned corn kernels that you pulse in the food processor to chop coarsely, so i just use canned creamed corn to save a step.

    Lentil soup with franks
cook lentils till tender, add franks and loads of garlic stir in some flour mixed with water - to thicken a touch and DONE !!!

And I just now finished making chicken soup with veg and noodles.
For this I used chicken frame, onion, turnip, carrot and parsley sprinkle with whole pepper and boil for hour to make a stock. Drain water into another saucepan take any meat off, put back into soup, add some frozen veg and noodles, bring to boil add garlic and parsley. While cooking mix flour and water .. stir in, cook for another 10 minuter and done. To season I use vegeta gourmet stock and chilli flakes.
