    Default Bubhub Bake off~ #1

    Hi guys I thought I would jump right in and start the first Bake off for 2008.


    This weeks theme is ~

    Lunch


    I thought this might give us some creative Ideas for summer lunches.

    The winner from this round will choose the next theme.
    Entries will close on Friday 25th Jan.

    Ok, here is today's lunch.

    Mountain rice bread wraps.

    Sweet potato and Cashew nut spread, steamed brown rice and smoked tuna.

    Hommus, mixed salad leaves, alfalfa, onion, mushrooms and salt & pepper.

    YUMMO!

    Sorry Petra! I'm still doing this detox thing and I have just started introducing wheat back into my diet in small amounts. Mountain Rice bread is about the only thing with not much wheat!

    I really wish it was a chocolate sandwich.
