    Default 34wks PG, mucous, may be TMI

    hey all,
    i dont really remember it much with DS but the past couple of days i have had thick mucous with a kind of a greeny tinge to it. only ever so slight tinge. but then mostly clearer. i dont really remember mucuous with DS. do ya think its normal at 34 wks?

    Does it smell offensive? It could be an infection, maybe mention it on your next antenatal appointment with your doctor.

    i just came home from a parenting class

    and the middie said if you have the plug come away and it has any bit of green in it,, it means that the baby has let bow movement go and it can mean the baby is in destress

    i really think you should ring the hospital labour ward and se what they say

    with catlin'smumma ring the hospital thats your plug mine went for a couple of days to (midwives said it can go for a week) better to be safe..........................

    Go get it checked. I had green discharge with Emerald and it was signs on the infection, if I had have gotten it checked out its more than likely that she wouldnt have been born early.

    I agree with everyone else its best to get it seen too. I would also suggest putting on a pad to "catch" the stuff your talking about so you can show the midwifes or doctor (thats what i was told to do with DS). I hope your Ok!!!

    thanx for the concern everyone. it only happened 2 times in 1 day and it was more like light green. its gone now. and all is fine.
