Faint BFP should i worry!!

Hi All
I am on cd 33 i tested on cd32 in the evening and got a very faint BFP i was hoping it was the time of evening i had lots to drink that made it faint so i retested this morning and it was a bit darker but not as dark as i would have liked .

Has any one else had faint BFP and how did it go i would have been due my AF on the 25 December

it was one of those mad tests ill never get them again you pee in a cup use a dropper and drop 4 drops in the correct area and wait 5 minutes for it to work never racking i think ill get a digital next week
I haven't even told my hubby yet as i dont want to build any hopes up only for them to be dashed iykwim

i did have a faint positive before and i miscarried at 8 weeks so im terrified it will happen again

I think they say a positive is a positive is a positive. Any line no matter how faint is positive. So congratulations.

Its hard not to worry after you have a miscarriage though and I know I was willing my lines to be strong and dark. I would also like to be vomiting continually day and night just so I feel reassured

I had a very faint BFP with #3. Ended up going to GP, he did urine test, said it was very faint and do bloods just to be sure I was preggers. Had bloods done and confirmed it. I was already about 6 weeks pregnant its just that everybodys hormone levels are different etc even with each pregnancy. SO congratulations

I was a week overdue and got a very faint positive... the following time at the doctors was again only a very faint positive... They were so faint the doctor wouldnt tell me yes or no until the blood tests came back... but yep it was !!

... my with DS was so faint that you could only just see it - and that was if you held it the right way in the sun!

I was about 5-7 days past AF being due.

He's now a fiesty 3.5yo, so those faint BFP's can turn out ok!

with DS my BFP was there in a split second and dark and strong. this time, it was so faint i had to get other people to check it cos i thought i was imagining it. i wasnt. i got so obsessed and tested every second day until it came up strong. then i felt satisfied. dont worry, i have also had a misscarriage after a faint pos and so it freaked me out to. but they dont always go that way. good luck and congratulations for baby number 4!!!!! that is awesome.

I was a day late and knew something wasn't right so I did a test .. VERY FAINT.
Did another one that night .. FAINT AGAIN.
Went to the doctor another FAINT line and he wouldn't confirm it and told me to do another test later in the week.
Did one about 3 days later and the line was a LOT darker.
Then went back to the doctors 5 days after the last test and it was a BFP ..
Reason my positives were so faint was because I was only 3 weeks pregnant when I first tested ..
I must ovulate late in my cycles or something.

Could be something as simple as that, or you drank to much and diluted your urine, wasn't enough time between the last time you urinated and when you did the test.

I wouldn't worry I would take the positive as a positive .. tell your hubby and wait a couple days and do it again.

I got 3 faint before they started getting darker, a line is a line no matter how faint or strong so CONGRATS on baby number 4

I know its hard not to worry about m/c but try not to worry as i said i got faint bfps and im not 19 weeks.

I wish u a happy healthy and sticky 9mths.

Thanks Girls good to know that a faint doesn't mean the worst! im going to do another test when im a week late so thats Monday should be 5 weeks then

And im hoping i get morning sickness even though it will make trying to keep it quite on till the 3 month mark probably hard

I am feeling a bit excited so positive thoughts all the way i think i want this baby so much im worrying it will disappear
