Question when do you 'Drop' ?

i never dropped with DD (she REALLY did not want to come out ) so i don't know when you are ment to do it.

today my stomach is sitting lower then it has been and when looking down it does not seem to be sticking out as far,
the baby has been sitting really low all along but my stomach had alway sat really high until today

so when is it that you drop ? if anyone can help me on this that would be great, this pregnancy is SO different to DD and i feel silly asking these questions when i already have a daughter but i guess the only way to learn is to ask

oh and i should mention the other way i KNOW my stomach has moved down is i had a c/s with DD and my bump started just after my scar but today the bump is before my scar (if that makes scents)

I didn't drop. It was so nice when I keep running into strangers when I was overdue who felt the need to me there was no way I was going into labour anytime soon.
