There are a couple of websites devoted to helping people find people to share nannies with. There are even companies that will help you set it up. Have a look on google. I was having a quick look the other day when I was looking for companies that organise emergency babysitting. When we have our second child we are going to need someone to look after my son, and I was just having a look around now.
