Hi kd2005, i have recently finished a TAFE course that showed me how to do payroll. With leave loading you get an additional 17.5% on top of his income.
However to work out what his take home pay is, you would need to know what his deductions are and also if he gets a rebate or not. Also you need to know his tax rate. I guess the easiest way to find this out is to call his work (or get him to ask) and find out. They should have the paper work done for you, if not it shouldnt take them long to find out. Hope that helps.
