We've been here 6 months, no family here, only 2 families we knew before moving here and I haven't really 'met' anyone else yet! Know DH's work buddies but that it.

Anyone here doing playgroup? I'm looking into it but not sure where to go, spoilt for choice.

Anyone do kiddy swimming lessons? That's another thing we want to start.

hey Jats,

there are a couple of playgroups around, there is one run through burnside that my sister and friend swear by, but i havent gone yet (kinda been a bit slack there)... but, if you would like, we should all try and set our own lil one up!

i'm going to get my daughter into swimming classes soon, im going to do it through the pool in boambe, my sisters and brother all took their kids there and they loved it. i cant wait.

pm me if u want to start our own lil play group it would realy be a treat for everyone!

Ick! No that wouldn't be fun at all! I recently did a 18 hr drive solo with a 2.5 yr old and that was bad enough!

I used to live in Victoria, you'll love it up here.

i live not far from Coffs and am there at least once a week so if you guys start up a playgroup id love to come too. i have 3 girls aged 5, 3 and 10 months and dont really know anyone in the area.
