bleeding at 11 1/2 weeks

hey i was just wondering if anyone else had a massive bleed and went on to have a successful pg. today i had severe cramping and than a gush of blood. went to doctor and got a scan and bubs heartbeat was 162 and was quite active. the scan lady said it was bleeding around the pg and was no where near the placenta. i've been told i have a 50/50 chance of sustaining the pg.

thank you everyone, i did have a look at shereejoy's diary, gives me some hope, poor women, i'd wish this on nobody, really pulls at you. well the good news is that the bleeding stopped and cramping has gone. doc said i have to wait 2 weeks before i know if all should be ok. worst 2 weeks ever.
