ok we are looking a buying a new house next year but there is 2 options.

stay in the area we are in and build.
total cost would come out at around $400,000 for a 4 bedroom, rumpus......wait a tick......

or we could go a bit out of town where just a little more money could buy a bit more?

its about 20 min from town but it seems like it is so far away.
and its not OUR town IYKWIM

so would you stay where you love or would you go where you can get more ?
