    Default child support

    Hi Guys,
My name is Leesh and Im all new to this forum. First time tonight!!!! Im reading through alot of the discussions so I thought maybe you could help me. I own my own house...and my partner is thinking of moving in which will affect my centerlink payments as I will no longer be able to claim single parent payments...(even though we wont be sharing money). Im ok with that but wondering whether as being "offically" together means my stupid stupid ex will have to pay less in child maintenaince.Does it go on what I solely earn, or what we as a couple earn. Thanks in advance for any help.
    Leesh

No he won't pay less in child support. I think it only goes off ur income as well, not too sure about that one though.

The Child support will go Off what Your ex earns..

Even if YOu marry a millionaire He will still have to pay the required amount of childsupport which Goes off what he earns.
