Default How much would you pay for realllllllly nice shorties going for a charity auction?

    Hey all,

I have my eye on a pair of REALLY gorgeous shorties on WAHMnaps. I really really like them.

They are for a charity auction so I feel like I can justify spending a bit extra

But... how much extra? I don't know....

How much would you pay for a pair of really nice ones if the $$$ was going to a charity?

I guess I'd work out how much I'd give to the charity if I was just making a donation, and then how much I'd be happy to pay for the shorties, and then add the two amounts together.

oooh how cute are they? I am off to look now.

I am a shocker when it comes to charity auctions, I always bid way more than is necessary- but its all for a good cause.

TL gave good advice- I'd go with that concept.

BTW- You changed your username back!

There you go Phin, you don't look like a tool anymore (and I stuck a few extra "L"s in for good measure! )

Sal I kept trying to log in as phineas so I changed it back to save me the hassle of taking so many attempts to log in

Hmmm well, lovely shorties I think I'd pay say $38 for...... a donation, hmmm for the privilege of owning such pretty shorties I would donate $20-$25.... so $60 about That's a lot for a pair of shorties.... but then again, we REALLY need some, they wouldn't be an unneeded purchase as DD only had one pair of shorties and they are now too small!

Plus, they double as clothing, and a nice pair of jeans or whatever is usually $20+ anyway....

BUT you know what I stupidly did?! Last night, I put in my maximum bid, even though they still have days and days to go, then I just checked and I've been bidded way up to almost my maximum

So I'd say someone is going to outbid me on the last evening So I am trying to justify putting in a higher bid at the last minute
