Question What Do As Lunch Box?

What do your kidlets us as lunch box's?

Do you have just the plain old lunch box or insulated bag?

I was think the other night as I was making their lunches how much plastic wrap I would use over their school life

And maybe I should get some of those Tupperware sandwich box's and insulated bag.

Isabelle's lunch at school is not put in the fridge but at Family Day Care they are.

    What does everyone else use?

Sorry the thread title should say "What Do You Use As A Lunch Box?"

Connor starts kindy next year.... I will be using tupperware sandwich keepers They are fabulous, and probably an insulated bag.... I remember as a kid, I hated warm sandwiches!! Yuck!

Just make sure you name the lunch boxes clearly.... (apparently they have a tendancy to go missing).

I have the Tupperware lunch pack for daycare... it is the bag, plus a sandwich keeper, drink bottle and two little cups. Its fantastic, but at $65 odd, he wouldn't want to lose it!

My DD just has a plain decor lunchbox with a great seal.

I used an insulated bag for a while, but found that it was a real pain - they get grubby easily, are hard to get really clean if something like yoghurt is spilt in it and no matter how careful you are, they will often get mouldy over summertime.

Ds has a systema lunchbox which has a great rubber seal in the lid and is easy for him to get open and close it properly again.

As for the warm sandwiches problem - put their drink bottle in the freezer the night before and pack it into the lunchbox with a teatowel wrapped around it to keep the food cool and dry. Their water is really cold and refreshing, the iciness is added incentive to drink it and it works!

    Thanks for the tips

I'm one of those mean mummy's that don't let their kidlets drink cordial at all, they take water to school
