Hi all
Can you tell me what sunscreen you are using, price and where you got it from - ie chemist, supermarket etc? Looking for one that won't make eczema worse.
Thanks

I have a hammonds one it didnt seem to make things worse thank goodness but i found if used for a few days it did....i guess its just coz her skins so sensative though.
Try your chemist they have a good range but i found hammonds worked the best sunblock wise preventing burning etc

Our family has sensitive skin and we thoroughly recommend Hamilton's sunscreens. There's a good selection including Toddler's and one for sensitive skinsWe buy ours from the Chemist...not too pricey I don't think...but we really don't buy anything else..

Today I bought the Cancer Council's 'Toddler Sunscreen' for delicate skin, no fragrance etc. I bought it at priceline.

We use one that I think is the Hamilton one for toddlers. The main ingredients are simply zinc and titanium, which are the two best blockers. There is very little else in it and I find it great for Lily. It comes in a white bottle with pink writing on it and a pink lid.
Me: Supergirl (36)
Him: Supersomething (39)
: Pink one: 24th Nov 06
Thanks so much

I have used Ego toddler milk and the hamiltons toddler one and both were great on Archies sensitive skin, he has never been sunburnt

We've just started using the hamiltons for toddlers. You can only buy hamiltons from the chemist.
this one comes in a roll on, i think it was about $8. It also come in a bigger pack to save money.
There are also ego sunsense and another brand at the chemist, your best help would be talking to someone at the chemist.
btw - before I had a bubby I tried the bananna boat brand of sensisitive sunscreen - wasn't till I read the ingredients that I saw that it was the same as their normal sunscreen! So dont' bother with bananna boat.
I reacted to all sunscreens except Hamiltons when I was a kid. I got really severe eczema from all others. We got a few samples of the Hamilton toddler one from the Dermatologist to use for Jazzy. I haven't tried it yet, but fingers crossed it works OK. She's much more senitive to things than I was.

Thanks so much for your replies. I think I will try the Hamiltons one and see how we go.
