    Default "body clock"?????

I have heard that the gall bladder cleans itself out at around 3am so if you have gall stones you are most likely to suffer an attack around that time. i 100% believe this because when I had my attacks 99% of them were at 3am almost spot on actually. Does anyone know what times the other organs sort themselves out? Is it just the 'organs' or is it body parts and bits and pieces too?

I ask because last night at around 10-10:30 I started getting excruciating pains in the right side of my face. I am working on 2 hours sleep as the pain was that excruciating I could not sit still let alone sleep! we came to the conclusion that I had done something to a nerve in my neck as the pain was in my cheek, ear, head, chin, mouth but only on my right side. So i'm worried that it is going to happen again at the same time. Does anyone know anything about this?

Sorry about my long rambly post im gearing up to go to bed to 'catch up' on some of that sleep...if only I could convince DD to go to sleep so i could!

I know that between 2-4am your kidneys are working hard at eliminating I have a sluggish system and like clockwork I am awake between those hours.

I would think that it wouldn't be 3am for everyone... but maybe just 3am for MOST people who wake at about 6.30-7am and go to bed 9.30-10.30 or whatever is "average"... because I don't think a body would know what time it is, maybe just so many hours after falling asleep or whatever...

I always get up to pee at around 4am and then around 6am... I get up later than normal people though, and go to bed later. Nothing ever seems to happen to be at around 3am... some nights I've only just been in bed for an hour when 3am rolls around...
