    Question help with cat

i have a burmese, who has always been an inside cat...we also have a medium hair who is an inside cat (better for the wildlife and there own safety ).

wel.....my nan n pop came and stayed and the burmese got outside, well we found her sitting out the back under the bbq. when we bought her back inside she was a little funny towrds our other cat - Blade....hissing etc, this calmed after an hour or so together...

BUT she has been meowing day and night since....

    she is de sexed.

she has got outside before, and has meowed for a few days but this time it has been like 2 weeks....DRIVING me Crazy....she just will not stop!!!!!

I am thinking either she is coming into season (i know she is desexed but if she has been outside and smelt a male apparently they can still get the symptoms)....or she is just now attention seeking....

I just don't know what to do....

If she is desexed she cannot come into season, but many cats once they have been outside want to go back out, considering you have got people in the house she is not used to this could also explain her behaviour, you may want to let her out for an hour a day under supervision or maybe get a cat run if you want her to be an inside cat, you could try feliway spray may help??

    thanks
she has got our before but never meowed for this long.
and if we get her a cage or something to go outside with then she will just meow all day and night.

She is usually fine as all she has known is inside...

i think now it has turned into attention seeking...she did this when DS was about 8 weeks old, she would meow at his basinet, so maybe she is attention seeking...

    hopefully it will calm down.
