    fried rice is a good 'buggered if i know' recipe. cook the rice, then while it is cooling, stir fry whatever meats and/or vegies you've got. fry up a thin egg omelette to chop up. throw it all into a frypan to heat through and add some sauce (soy, tamari, plum, teriyaki, whatever is handy really).

    we also do something similar with couscous if we can't be bothered waiting for rice to cook.

    firstly... LMAO at Missys av! Thats so me.

    My buggered recipe is scrambled eggs. Sad huh!? lol

    A friend taught me (single males are great for quick simple recipes!) pasta, chicken and mayo.
    Sounded bad, but its actually quite good. Throw in vegies if there around as well

    Mine is called Impossible Quiche. It's a baseless quiche that is really yummy!

    1 1/2 cups milk
    3 Eggs
    1 tbspn melted butter
    chopped bacon or ham
    onion chopped (optional)
    1 crushed clove of garlic
    1/2 cup SR flour
    1 cup grated cheese
    S&P to taste

    * Grease oven proof quiche or pie dish.
    * Heat oven to 200degC.
    * Beat together eggs and milk
    * Add S&P to taste
    * Add bacon/onion/garlic/cheese, mix through
    * Mix through flour.
    * Put in oven for around 15 minutes or til cooked through and golden on top.

    Serve!! I have it with salad or veggies, whatever takes my fancy
