I can have my VBAC!!

I saw a specialist at the antenatal clinic yesterday and he looked over my chart and asked me a bunch of questions and said that I am totally healthy...and based on my history there is no reason why I cant have my VBAC! Im so happy

He just said that I will have to go on my own...no induction which is the way I want it anyway! I will be allowed to walk around and things like any other labor but I will just get special attention as he put it so they can make sure everything goes smoothly! YAY just wanted to share my excitement

Yay for the VBAC!!

Hey are you having your VBAC at King Edward? I just had my son 6 weeks ago via emergancy c-section and will go there for my second. When i was discharged they said i was an excellent candidate for a VBAC, which i am not sure what that means, except that they will do it. I am not sure how you are monitered during pregnancy when you are VBACing and i know i will be very nervous when it comes my turn!

consy- I am having my vbac at armadale as its much close to my house! They told me extra monitoring, but not to invasive! I will be able to walk around, and not have to lay in bed the whole labor! I think all hospitals are different as are all doctors! Im sure you will be fine when your time comes
