    DS - 1st 8pd 1 oz born at 38+5 and DD was 8pd 4oz born 38+2

    So yes second was bigger here.

    DH 35 + Me 35 = DS April 10 and DD August 11

    yep kept on getting bigger... and cooking longer as well!! all full term..
    DD1 2.8kg DS 3.04kg DD2 3.52kg!
    DD Apr 07; 5yrs (but going on 13!)
    DS Oct 09; 2yr (Checky Little Boy!)

    DD Nov 11; 8mths & counting...(unexpected fast home delivery!!)

    Ive heard this too. Do they know why the second is generally bigger??? Now I'm nervous coz dd was 9p. Ouch for the next one!! Eeeek

    eek i hope this isn't true!! my DD was 9p 11oz... I hope this one isn't bigger.. i was actually hoping she will be a bit smaller!

    Nope. DD1 born at 40+1 8lb10oz induced.
    DD2 born at 36+6 6lb9oz spontaneous.

    Totally wrong for me

    My Ds was 8 pound 8 and my Dd was 6 pound 10.

    They both arrived a few days early

    ds1 was 3.7kg (3 days overdue) and ds2 was 4.2kg (9 days overdue) so true for me

    i think it all depends on the person and baby. dd1 38wks 7lb11oz 47cm, dd2 39wks 10lb9oz 52.5cm, dd3 37.5wks 7lb7oz 47cm. baby #4 due in 3 weeks and after scans 2 weeks ago, we think about 8lb. no reasons for dd2 to be so big, i suspect gestational diabetes as i failed first test, but passed seccond, but other than that, she was just a big girl.
