A can of cola has about 40mg of caffeine in it and I also have read and been told that guidlelines from the Food Standards Agency show that up to 300mg a day is 'safe'. While I personally wouldn't drink that much a day, I do tend to have a glass or can of coke most days, but then I drink decaf tea, water and juice other times.





Where are you guys getting the cafine bad info from.. Im kinda worried now..
