drinking coke while pregnant

does anyone else still drink coke during there pregnancy? i dont drink alot just a glass or two a few times a week....it just seems to be something i really want lately??

I loathe coke but lately i have to have a glass every second day now. I used to like drink it once a month lol as a one off but at the moment its like i need it its an instant lift and pick me up...gives me an energy boost i suppose.

For most of my pregnancy with DD i stopped drinking it as it was too fizzy and the taste of it made me want to be sick so bad. But then when i hit about 35 weeks pregnant i craved it and couldnt get enough of it. Nothing has changed since then, i am trying to curb my addiction now however...

i drink caffiene free diet coke all the time, i stopped (cut back to almost nothing) during my first 3 months, but im hooked.

i prob have 1-3 glasses a day, but i dont drink coffee...

i know all the reasons "not" to have it, but sometimes you j ust have to have what you want...

Oh i wish i could more often then what i do HaHa I did with DD just couple 600lm bottles a week. Have to watch the caffine intake, but i think its ok

now its like sip here and there from hubbys

I used to drink LOADS of diet coke but stopped when i found out I was pregnant, same as I did with my last pregnancy. I can't remember what it is in the coke that is dangerous/not good for bubs (its not the caffine its something else). I will ask hubbie when he gets home and post it later.

yeah i usually love tea....i normally drink about 6 cups a day but since being pregnant i hate it...and now coke is the new love haha and strawberry breaka....its weird really the things pregnancy does to you

i feel bad drinking the coke cause i know its not the healthiest thing to have but at the moment the urge is a bit too strong to fight

Ur not supposed to drink it due to the caffine levels in coke and it goes straight to the placenta..

Ive had a few bottles here and there during my pregnancy though..
I think as long as U dont have it everyday its fine
