I used to drink LOADS of diet coke but stopped when i found out I was pregnant, same as I did with my last pregnancy. I can't remember what it is in the coke that is dangerous/not good for bubs (its not the caffine its something else). I will ask hubbie when he gets home and post it later.

Ur not supposed to drink it due to the caffine levels in coke and it goes straight to the placenta..

Ive had a few bottles here and there during my pregnancy though..
I think as long as U dont have it everyday its fine

yeah they say its not good to have as it makes the babies heart rate go up a bit much,...anyhow, saying that, i never drank coke when pg with emily as much as it was hard, i didnt, but i did with clare only in moderation though, like one glass or can a day really and it was fine when i drank it after i had her... otherwise it was caffiene free one that i had occassionally with emily, once i started drinking it agian emily used to scream cause of the wind problem she had,so i couldnt drink it for a while. but now...i drink it almost everyday....heheh

I did... it was one of the only things that would sorta calm my stomach... esp when my hypermesis was severe....
