OK girls I am really craving a spinach and cheese pastry,,, or a chicken cordonbleau with brie....
Does anyone know if it is OK to eat soft cheeses when they are cooked... Does the heat kill the baddies?????
Anyone know... (or alternatively does anyone know how to cook a spinach and cheese pastry using a safe cheese???)
