Default Can I eat cooked soft cheeses??????

OK girls I am really craving a spinach and cheese pastry,,, or a chicken cordonbleau with brie....

Does anyone know if it is OK to eat soft cheeses when they are cooked... Does the heat kill the baddies?????

Anyone know... (or alternatively does anyone know how to cook a spinach and cheese pastry using a safe cheese???)

    Thanks

I am SOOO angry to find this out now with only 3 weeks until I am due!! My boyfriend has been so strict making me not eat spinach and fetta rolls etc. And to find out I can eat fried brie and soft cheeses if they are in hot sauces ....I know what I am eating tonight that's for sure!

Once it is heated above 75 degrees you can eat it. You can evenget a pepperoni fix by having it piping hot on pizza!

Do check the labels for pausterised bries/camemberts/fetta's etc. Some are, some are not - just choose carefully.
