Boil some water and do the old lemon and honey drink but make sure you add some fresh ginger in.

This always makes me feel great.

try the head over the hot water bowl as well with some vicks or eucalytpus then put a towel over your head and take some deep breaths in this will help too!

Honey and lemon is the best too as scoutsaid

I had really bad sinus once the horrid flu I had cleared up - A vaporiser was a saviour for me. We got the vicks vaporiser...... It was so good!

If your sinuses are giving you the most grief..

Make a warm salt water solution - add around 2 tablespoons of salt to 250ml of water, and inhale it through your nose (and spit out through your mouth obviously - don't drink it lol).
Yes I know it sounds foul.. but it's the thing that works the best when it happens to me.
Doesn't feel as bad as it sounds really and it loosens up all the rubbish in there so you can blow it out.

It normally clears mine up for a good few hours.

Other than that - plenty of vitamin C, garlic and honey/lemon
