Just looking for some advice. Every morning when I wake every muscle in my body just feels like crap. I can hardly get up and walk around. It is mainly in my back, belly and neck. Anyone else get a similar thing?
I don't really know what I can do about it. I just miss waking up feeling like I've slept. Could it be from lifting DS all day the previous day? Maybe I just need more pillows.....
