Lightbulb ~ All Time Best Way To Lose Unwanted Extra Kilo's ~

Hi Ladies it's being a while since I last posted....
Let's face it everyone has a least a couple of kilo's they'd like to lose and just after having a bub it's difficult looking down at "all that skin"...I'd love to loose some unwanted weight before falling pregnant and was wondering what are the best diets??{or low-fat eating/lifestyle change}that you've had success with. I am keen and if other's would like to join me maybe we can start a *healthy mumma* thread ?? that way we can all motavate and encourage each other, share recipes etc

who would like to join me??
any suggestions on the thread name??

I would love to lose my post baby fat!
I have just joined weight watchers and go every monday.. hate to think what I will weigh in at this week... Had a bit too much "yummy" food!
I walk with bubs every morning... Keep a bit of money aside so I can walk to the shops and get something we need each day.. e.g magazine, milk, bread, birthday cards etc etc That way I have a "reason" to walk! and I walk to my weight watchers meeting will be going to my 3rd meeting tomorrow!

Your doing great and that is a fab idea with going for a walk to the shops!!
I'd love you to stay with us, if you'd like to....and maybe you can save money by not having to go to weight watches you might just be able to get everything you need if we all brainstorm together, and motavation is a big thing and you don't get it everyday at weightwatches but here we can ~ just a suggestion brooke it's totally up to you, do both and see~

any ideas for a thread name??

Blubber club.. lol I love it!
I enjoy going to the meetings.. If I know I have to get weighed every week by someone that isnt me... then I get more motivated!
I could post somethings I learn from there too..
I lost 1.3kgs in the first week and it actually wasnt too bad!

Hi there so please that some are interested in loosing their unwanted weight and I bet there are more

What I have in mind is a way to exchange eating plans, recipes etc~ those that are breast-feeding will have to make sure they include all the nutritional requirements~ we want to loose weight but we don't want to exchange for eating disorders, it is a serious problem.... ideas on returning to exercise and what works for you, do you have DVD's/video's of workouts that you do?? Do you have great ideas like livsmummy for walking and getting out??

We can post about tips and getting real with realistic goal weights. I'd like to be there and keep you focused, motavated so we don't get off track.... my goal is loosing extra weight as I really want to fall pregnant asap or as soon as I have shed some unwanted weight...what's yours??

~ I'll be back as I'm going to cook tea now and I'll be thinking of a thread name, how about - bubhub's Dieters Inc - ???~
