pea size lump----

hey girls, yesturday i woke up and had a little bit of pain under my under arm, more if i pushed and poked at it, then today i felt around where the pain is and i can feel a small lump no bigger than a pea it only really hurts when i push and poke at it, i shaved monday and then put roll on, on so im not sure if that has anything to do with it? the rest of my arm and under arm seems to be fine other than this one little spot, any idears what it could be? should i be worried? anyone ever have this? Thanks

could be an infected ingrown hair? Always best to get it checked out though.

I got these last summer. I went to the Dr and it was an inflamed sweat gland. Ha! Hurt/stung like you would believe but went away after a few days.

did you have to go on any meds? or anything, do u know why you got it?

I don't mean to scare you, but breast tissue extends all the way up into the armpits.

Its really important to get ANY lump checked out by a doctor.

Hope its nothing.

Oh, good. Good luck with it - I know its scary. I found a lump in my breast a few years ago - it was terrifying....It turned out to be nothing, a cyst is all. I hope its equally good news for you

ive had a cyst in my boob aswell after ds was born i had to get it removed it was nasty over 3cms big!! omg id never wish that on anyone but still me left it for months and months as i was too scared to see a doctor!
