Sam did that from 4 months through to 6 months. But for the last month he's gone back to 12 hour sleeps - with a couple of "call outs" for the dummy to be plugged back in. And he had no excuse of cutting teeth or ear infections or anything .... just unsettled.

    Hopefully Bailey's over it quickly.

DD was doing that a couple of weeks ago. Took her to the doctor and she had an ear infection.

If he's anything like Sam at least he's half way through this stage. After I put Sam down for the night I started giving him a dreamfeed about 11pm - cause he was settled till about midnight then the hourly or sometimes 1/2 hourly wake up calls started.

It helped. The night I didn't do it (about 2 weeks ago) oh boy he let me know it wasn't on! So I've not missed one since.

My 5mth bub has recently also started waking every hour! he was previously not being fed thru the night but all of a sudden started waking... so i started some solids.. but its not making any difference...he also uses a dummy for sleep and previously this wasn't causing any problems.. but i wondered if this was suddenly the cause?? he doesnt' seem to have teeth now. coudl they be coming? does anyone use baby panadol or bonjela incase this is the cause? what is the better one to use (in terms of not knowing if teeth are the problem and unnecessarily giving either to him)?
