Default How many per day? TMI!!

Just wondering how many poo's a day for around a 18 month old????

DS seems to average about 5 a day and for the last 2-3 days it's been more like 7-8

I have spoken to the Dr about it and it didn't think that it was abnormal.

    So how many??

    Sorry if TMI.

    Default 1 rarely 2

i thought it would be roughly 1-2 a day but up to 3-4 if they were sick our dd only does 1 a day rarely 2 and isn't constipated, i think also maybe every kid is different well not sure what is normal but that's our experience hope that helps.

EJ would be probably about 2-3 a day though i think thats mainly cause she wont do it all at one time for some reason - as soon as i change her usually get more lol. Ocaisonally will have a day doesnt do anything but she usually makes up for it the next day.

Our DD was just like this and I was told that some kids just poo more! Shes now 2.5 and goes 2 maybe 3 times a day so it will probably get less! At 18months she wud go 5-6times a day. I wudnt worry about it unless it seems like he has sore tummy etc

My son goes once a day mostly but may go more depending on what he eats. Does your little one like to eat a lot of fruit or stuff that is high in fibre? Perhaps that might be the reason for the frequency.
