Yep I used one too, great pump.. have not tried electric and was thinking about it cause my hand got tired after a bit, especially during the night... but that would have been my only complaint!

I had one. I used it for about a week after I had DS2 and ended up with RSI in my thumbs for the next 2yrs.

I used the Avent Isis Manual Breast pump for a year and it was fantastic, easy to clean, use and sterilise and was comfortable and got lots of milk out!! Yes, you can get sore hands/wrist, but that is the case with every manual pump, or even hand expressing. I got my pump at a baby sale for $20 including extra bottles, bargain!!

I used it so much more cofortable than electric.
U just really gotta watch mastisis when pumping cause it doesnt empty the breast evenly

Oo0o I'm so glad to read so many positive things about this breast pump. My sister has handed hers down to me & it looks kinda scarey when I look at it, !!!

    Hopefully I have no problems.....
