Question Red, hot cheeks. Warm back but cool belly?

    G is still sick...

In the past hour or so he has got rather red, hot cheeks. My dad said prob a temp. But he is too fidgity to check at the moment. His back is warm ish (its starting to heat up here and he has a light long sleeve shirt, trackies and socks on) but his belly is cool.

I just gave him panadol now (more to ease his throat pain, but if he has a fever itll cover that too) - and his anti-biotic and cold and flu drops...

Should i strip him down a little more for his afternoon nap (that ill put him down for in the next 10min probably).

Also he has been off his water a little bit... As much as i offer it, i don't think he is getting enough as his wet nappies for the day have dropped.... He has 3 and a bit bottles of milk, and offered water at every meal and has a water bottle in the lounge that he goes to when he is hungry and i give it to him every time i sit him down in there... So he is having enough - but not as much is coming out...

    Help!

Check the back of his neck. Is it hot? What is his current mood? Is he grumpy, restless, whingy?
