    Question wont sleep without growbag

my son is 12 months old, he has slept in his growbag since he was 5 months old. Now summer is finally here and its to hot for him to be in his growbag even with the evaporated aircon on, i have even tryed to put him in the nudy but he wakes up all hot, sweaty and irritable. He screams the house down for up to 15 mins before he eventually goes to sleep, this has been going on for a month now with every nap and bed time. He also goes through stages when he is in his grow bag and screams until he goes to sleep. ive tryed reading singing ect but still he crys its like he dosnt want to part from me, hes always following me everywhere i go not at all interested in he toys. Not sure what going on. Any ideas would be helpful?

Could you sew a simple sack with shoulder straps from some baby muslin?

They have baby muslin at Spotlight in a few colours.

    hi mich80...

sorry to hear that your DS has been upset... I was just wondering if it could possibly have anything to do with the arrival of DD??? just that she arrived in Dec... and you said it has been happening for a month?! maybe his routine and environment have been upset?

    just an idea...

My DS has also slept in a growbag since he was 5mths.
For the warmer weather I put him in a sleeveless bag which is made of cotton. It is very light. I bought it from David Jones for $20.
He won't sleep if I don't put him in it.
