I used to scrapbook like a fiend but then uni and work and life got in the way and I stopped. I have millions of old scrapbooking supplies - but I also have a six month old, a small apartment and a DF who likes to clutter up available spaces with his car projects. So getting back into physical scrapbooking is not on the cards right now. When DS is older we can whip out the glue and art supplies and scrapbook together.

I'm using my old scrapbook papers to cover empty formula and baby food tins. I have no idea what I'm gonna do with them but I'm sure I'll figure something out.

In the meantime, I have discovered DIGITAL SCRAPPING! And I'm addicted. I just sit here in my spare time and look at all of the pretty, pretty things that I can download. And then I whip out my paypal password and go nuts purchasing digital kits that I'll probably never use. But they're pretty, so there.

Eventually I plan to make my own stuff and sell it but it's slow going because, you know, six month old. Little attention vampire.

So, do you scrap? Show me! I need inspiration! I'm working on a Year In The Life thingy for DS so I can give it to the grandparents at Christmas in a squiffy book. It's fun and time just totally gets away from you. Before you know it, it's 1am and you'll only be getting five hours sleep (broken sleep if the LO decides to wake up).

Show me the scrap! Please.

My brain came more ideas like the popcorn! I will add it to my bucket list for the Christmas gifts. I would make the DIY tissue box cover/holder.

But the issue is about the types of tissue box that I get it from the art & craft supplies. I am concern for the colour painting and mod podge on the paper mache or wood or mdf.

But I want to know the paper mache is thin or thick it is made of?

I know wood and mdf both are thick and strong for longer if stay firmness by colour painting and mod podge. So is it the paper mache staying longer or short time till dies, due to painting and mod podge because it might be stiff, not strong?

I hope I pick the right type for the tissue box if which one is good and one is not good.

Thanks

How would I get the crochet onto the ring. Does it get sewn together around the ring? I can't find a pattern.

Thanks :)
