I'm wanting to see if any new mums would be interested in going to a weekly fitness class that would also be a mothers group? It would be a weekly get together do a 45-60 workout that you do with your baby. You hold your baby whilst doing the exercises, your baby becomes your weights, and it's also a bonding time for you and your bub.

meet new mums in your area, and also an opportunity for your bub to make new friends too! Would also be a bit of a mothers group, where after the class you have a sit down and chat session.

Just trying to see if this is something that new mums would be interested in? I know I would, get some exercise in post baby in a healthy way with other mums in the same position as yourself, and its totally baby friendly!

I am a mum and organiser of a local playgroup in Neutral Bay. Together with a friend Alison we started a playgroup after moving over to Sydney from the UK.We both found many new friends both mums and dads and it really helped us settle in our life here.
The playgroup is on a Thursday morning from 10am-12. We have lots of toys for all ages, morning tea and each week we have a different craft activity and sing song! Its also a place to meet other mums/dads and have a chat over a coffee and cake!
