My second daughter is due in 2.5 weeks and we thought we had a name, but DH is now questioning it and we're kind of back to square one.

DD1 is called Flora Elizabeth, we have a 1 syllable surname, and we like strong, classic and spunky names that wouldn't be too popular. The middle name will be either April or Daphne (whichever works best with the chosen name). They dont need to have a nature theme necessarily though I seem to gravitate towards names that do.

We've got a little shortlist, please let me know what you think of these names, and I'm also interested to know what kind of girl you think of when you hear those names...

- Greta (this is the one I'd thought we'd agreed on but DH think it sounds a bit hard. I kind of like the fact that its not too soft and girly personally. I think it is sophisticated).
- Jasmine (DH has thrown this one back in after he rejected it months back. I like it but dont know if I like it enough)
- Sylvie
- Saffron (nn Saffie)
- Hazel (love this but DH is not sure, and is it going to become popular in a few years?)
- Juniper (nn Junie, is it too hipster?)
- Sasha (I keep thinking Sasha would be a naughty vixen...)

Other names I like but haven't made it as high on the list are: Cassandra, Etta, Tessa, Erica, Pippa, Elke, Maxine, Pia, Paloma, Remi.

I've done a lot of name research but its mostly American and UK websites and I wanted an Aussie perspective. We are in Sydney. Feel free to throw in some alternatives as well.

As a sorta joke i said viola and he went for it (men!!) so we agreed until the baby book opened on the page it had melita on. I fell in love with the name instantly.

dh likes melita but i love it and am leaning more towards melita cos i worry that viola might get some fynny reactions.

Right where my undies meet my thighs.
I've tried using powder to stop moisture build up (it's still 30• most days here)

I've used an eczema cream but it burnt.
Although it did help clear it up.

Now I'm using bepathum cream- which was relieving when I had no undies on- but I've had to put underwear on while I was cooking dinner and bending over. Lol.
