Film Review: Step Up 4 Miami Heat
We're well and truly in-between family film season, and finding a good film to take the kids to see at the moment hasn't been particularly easy. But if you're looking to take the kids to the flicks, then Step Up 4 Miami Heat could be your answer. Refreshingly simple, the film has a basic storyline that is comfortably predictable, easy to follow, and accessible. The dancing is outrageously good, with dazzling moves shining across the screen from start to finish, and some artistic choreography that will leave you breathless.
The best part of all though (apart from the rather saucy dancer in the police uniform), is that the film doesn't have any swearing, nudity, or violence, so it really is perfectly fine for the whole family to enjoy. My six-year-old daughter did find the plot to be a little above her head, but loved the movie nonetheless.
With shows like So You Think You Can Dance, and Everybody Dance Now proving popular on the telly, Step Up 4 Miami Heat is a great opportunity to spread your love of awesome dancing to the cinema. Waltz along and enjoy.
