The long-awaited pregnancy has finally ended! It has felt like she should be giving birth to a toddler however Jessica Simpson has just given birth to a healthy little girl weighing in at 9lb 13 and 22 inches long.
Jessica (31) and her partner Eric Johnson (32) have named her Maxwell Drew. Maxwell is Eric's middle name and the maiden name of his mother, and Drew is Jessica's mother's maiden name.
They are expected to call her Maxi which I think is adorable.
"We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received," Jessica Simpson said in a statement on her website. "This has been the greatest experience of our lives!!"
