Delicious & Easy Baked Apple Recipe
Apples are one of the best snack foods to eat. They are full of vitamins and fibre plus help to lower cholesterol which make them perfect for your health and weight loss.
And the reason I love them so much is because they are cheap, they keep well, my bub loves them, my hubby loves them and I can also make lots of recipes with them!
One of my favourites recipes is baked apple as it is the perfect dessert and hits the spot every time and if you want jazz it up, add some sultanas and honey for an extra sweet treat
