The other morning I said this:
"No, your bullet train does not need a drink of milk!"
I honestly never imagined I'd utter such a ridiculous sentence. There was context of course ... The Toddler's uncle had brought him a bullet train toy on a recent trip to Japan. The Toddler was dipping the aforementioned train in his glass of milk. Makes sense.
So what things have you been surprised to hear come out of your once-sensible mouth now that you are a mum?
